Who We Are
The Community Empowerment Network (TCEN) Uganda is a youth-led Community Based Organisation fostering Social-Economic Transformation and Community-led Environmental Protection. We implement community-driven initiatives focused on restoring degraded ecosystems, promoting clean energy alternatives, and building climate-resilient livelihoods among marginalized groups, especially women and youth in Kayaka II refugee settlement and host communities.
